E- bellek defterlerinin 6+6 iki etaptan oluşması ve 12 defter olması hedeflenmektedir. İlk 6 defterin isimleri:
e-defter no:1 kendine iyi bak
e-defter no:2 beslenme saati
e-defter no:3 sürekli hareket halinde
e-defter no:4 gündüz düşleri
e-defter no:5 canavar
e-defter no:6 ve sonsuza kadar mutlu yaşadılar
olarak belirlenmiştir.
1. Proje, 18 yaşını doldurmuş tüm disiplinlerdeki sanatçılara açıktır.
2. Sanatçı istediği sayıda e-deftere katılmakta serbesttir.
3. Sanatçı, her deftere daha önce herhangi bir yerde sergilenmemiş veya yayınlanmamış en fazla 1 eser ile katılabilir.
4. Defterlere katılacak eserler A4’den büyük olmamalıdır.
5. Eserler kağıt üzerine yapılacaktır.
6. Kağıt üzerine uygulanacak teknik serbestir.
7. Eserler katılım formuyla birlikte, defterin ismi, eserin ismi ve sanatçı ismi e-mailde belirtilerek, imzalı, 300dpi çözünürlükte scan edilmiş olarak, (max 2 mb boyutunda ) defter@art216.com adresine yollanacaktır.
8. 216 projenin ileriki etapları için eserlerin orjinallerinin sanatçılar tarafından saklanmasını önerir.
9. İlk etapta defterler www.art216.com internet sitesinde sergilenecektir.
10. Proje son tarihi: 31 Ocak 2011’dir.
11. 216 düşünce ve üretim alanı, proje, sanatçı ve eser ismi belirtmek koşulu ile; projeye katılan eserlere ilişkin 5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu’ndan doğan her türlü hakkı ve eser sahipliğinden kaynaklanan yayma, çoğaltma, temsil dahil olmak üzere mali hakların tamamını herhangi bir bedel ödemeksizin devir almaktadır.
12. Projeye katılan sanatçılar tüm proje şartlarını kabul etmiş sayılacaklardır.

e-mind book project terms
It is aimed that the e-mind books to be composed of 6+6 two stages and reach to a total of 12 books. The names of the first books are:
e-mind book no:1 take good care of yourself
e-mind book no:2 lunch time
e-mind book no:3 always on the move
e-mind book no:4 day dreams
e-mind book no:5 monster
e-mind book no:6 and they lived happily ever after
1. Project is open to artists from any discipline who are over 18.
2. The artist is free to join any number of the e-mind books.
3. The artist can join each book with only 1 work which has not been exhibited or published before.
4. Works shouldn’t exceed the size of an A4 paper.
5. Works should be performed on paper.
6. The technique to be used on the paper is up to the artist.
7. Signed works should be scanned in 300dpi, have a maximum of 2Mb file size, and should be e-mailed to defter@art216.com together with the application form. The name of the artist and the work should be stated in the e-mail.
8. 216 recommends to the artists to preserve the original work for further stages of the Project.
9. At the first stage of the Project the books will be exhibited in the www.art216.com website.
10. The deadline is January 31st 2011.
11. 216 idea and production zone, provided that the project, artist and the artwork name is stated, holds the rights to publish, copy, present or take any other financial actions free of charge secured by the Idea and Art Works Law No:5846.
12. All artists are considered to have read and accepted all the terms by participating in this Project.
